new and going through a blip

Hello,

I'm new here and have been doing very well until recently. I started my diet on September 15th this year. I weighed 162lbs at 5 "4. I am away at college and didn't have scales so I didn't weigh myself until this past Saturday when I came home for christmas. I was pleased to see I weighed 129lbs. Since weighing myself I have binged everyday. Now I'm terrified at how much weight I have gained and visioning myself ballooning up again. I'm really low on the motivation so just need some support I guess.

Regaining is scary, I hear ya on that one! I, like you, am looking for ways to keep myself motivated. I don't want to slide head-first back into the old habits that kept me out of shape and miserable about it. I have overcome a lot in life already, can't let this one thing keep me down!! Look forward to hearing more from you!
