Hi everyone
Just wanted to do a quick introduction to the forum since I am a newbie and I am very confused about my current fitness/weight status (and I wasn't sure where to dive in to it, so here it is!).
I am really confused about what is going on with me and my weightloss struggles. A bit more about me:
31 year old female, 5'6"
Have always been active, but for the past few years, my workout routine has been more or less as follows:
Running 1 - 1.5 hours a day (sometimes every other day to rest)
Freeweight workouts for arms/upper body and core pilates (every other day)
Lower body pilates (every other day)
Yoga every day
Diet mainly stays in the lower carb area. Calories under 1200/day. Sometimes more, but never over 1500. My weight has always been between 120-125. Over the past year or so, my weight has been creeping up to now, where it is in the 135-140 range (and it keeps climbing, no matter what I do). I am assuming that this is due to my getting a bit older and I need to adjust my fitness and diet somehow, I just really don't know where to start or what I'm doing wrong.
I really look forward to any feedback and I can't wait to get involved with the forum
Thanks!!
