New Adelaide girl :-)

Hey all!!!

So yep I'm new... And it's all quite daunting..
My goals are to be fit and strong, to be able to do chin-ups, to be absolutely fearless in my body. I want to be challenged and have the confidence to just smash it out, no hesitations. I've also found a love for muscle, I want them all to be banging!

So about me... Joined a "gym" early last year, lost over 20kg as a chore, I never loved to train or to eat clean. It was something I was forcing myself to do. I can't pin point what changed for me this year but I woke up one morning and thought embrace it love it or don't.. So I chose to love it, i love earing clean, my meals preps, everyday i wake up with the thought of what will i smash today.

I have learnt a lot from having a personal trainer and am just about to finish with him, I've decided it's time to make it on my own. I can do this!! Which has brought me here, I want to make sure I have a solid backbone, and have an endless supply of knowledge and support.

I last weighed and measure myself 2 weeks ago, sitting at x103 kg... I don't look it... But I have a typical endo meso body! I am heavy in my legs, but have a tiny waist... The two attachments are my journey so far... 130kg and 103 kg

My goal is to get under 90kg... Prefer 85.... Not sure if this is realistic though :)

So i look forward to the overwhelming response from fellow positive junkies! Train hard!!
X

Good for you. I tend to say that not enjoying what you do is the first step to failure, You have taken that on board already and are enjoying what you do. There are a number of us here who are equally sad, enjoying what most can't comprehend and loving it.
There is something bizarre about enjoying moving lumps of metal repetetively or running to end up where you start as I do. My defense is that most love a drink and my hobbies don't stem from absorbing the excretion of another creature, which in itself is a bit strange too.

Anyway welcome to the asylum!
