nervous newcomber needs some help

Hey everyone out there, I just joined and feel a little odd about doing this on the net but am at my wits end! I cant seem to get on a roll with good eating and exercise. Ill have a few good days then it will all go to the pack in a BAD way :eek:
My weight just keeps going up and was wondering if any of you out there have any tips or tricks to help me get going and stay going!
Any help would be much appreciated!

first let me start by welcoming you to the forum :) and for congratulating you for wanting to change your ways.
first thing i would advise you is to take a look around the forum, here in the newcomers section you have several sticky threads on how to get started. when you've read that go to the diary section, read a few diaries ( i personally suggest you read diaries of people like maleficient, steve, M2M, wishes) who have been here for a while and offer some wonderful advice and have lost a lot of weight in a healthy way.
and off course i advise you to open your own diary, so we can learn more about you and help you in your journey. i don't know how much you have to lose, but even if its 5 or 200 lbs we're here to support you.

Hello and welcome- I totally know what you mean. I too will have good days that are then soured only to start all over again. Here you will find lots of great advice and helpful hints to keep you thru those hard times. Good luck to you!
