Hi all,
My name is Nelson Cardoso... I've had weight loss issues for years and I think I've had enough... of course, we've all said that 50 times... so I hope this time is different. I'm at 280 lbs right now and I'd love to loose 50 (for now). I'm hoping that through support from forums like this I might actually try to go the distance this time.
To the moderators... I'm about to post a link, but please read on.
I've created a discussion forum for people to share their hard times and good times related to weight loss. I'm hoping that through reading other people's stories and sharing my own, that may serve as an insentive. I have 5 other good sites bookmarked.
If the moderators wouldn't mind, I'd like to post a link to my site. There is no advertising on my site and I will not post this on here again:
