Hi

i am new to this but need serious help

i am a 22 year old man and weigh exactly 348.2

i do not want to be like this anymore it has literally kept me from accomplishing the only things i have ever wanted to do.

My life is very very hectic.

i work 60 hours a week at a job that i want to make my future not only has my weight effected peoples judgment of me but is stopping me from advancing in my carer. My job is very self image centered.

I want to have children in my life but i think that my weight will stop me from doing that.

all i have ever wanted in my life is a family of my own and people to care about me.

i want to live my life like everyone else

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME SAVE MY LIFE.

Ok, for one week, record everything you eat. You have to be very honest and complete with this. After one week, you will be able to look at what you have and make changes.

There are a lot of people here who will support you, cheer you on, and give you the advice you need. But none of us can make you change. YOU have to want to change, YOU have to put in the effort and be honest with yourself along the way. You need to have the motivation and courage to take the first step, and everything else will fall in its place. It will be tough, it will be exhausting, and it will take patience, but if you can stick to it the reward will be exactly what YOU want it to be! It will be worth every calorie sacrificed, every tear shed and every ounce of sweat that pours out of your body.

Motivation, Determination, and Commitment. YOU CAN DO IT!!

If you're anything like me, you've tried to lose weight already by not eating enough. In my experience, the trick is you have to enough of the right foods at the right times. If you split up your meals and eat food with less fat, you'll be MUCH fuller.
For example, take a turkey sub from subway or just a big turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, etc. You'll be as full as if you at a 1500 or 2000 calorie meal from a burger joint, and you'll still be able to have another meal or two!
....
Also, challenge yourself, keep yourself on track daily.
Join us in the club challenges to see what you can lose in a month!
and WELCOME!
