Hey there!

I'm about midway in my weight loss journey and I'm really starting to want to know my exact goals when it comes to my boy measurments.

Does anyone know exactly what the ideal ratios for women are in reguards to body measurments.

Just to verify yes i do know that you cannot spot reduce etc etc etc - but this really is more for a progress and motivation marking tool.

Any help would be great.

Men supposedly find a waist to hip ratio of 0.7 the most attractive. But some women have more straight body types, a lot of this is affected by your hormones rather than your weight (i.e. you can be skinny and have a high whr or fat and a low whr, supposedly women with more male hormones have higher whr's, or women who are stressed etc). The only thing I read about spot reducing is that when you're stressed you will put more weight on your stomach, so try not to be stressed I guess.

Not much else I can say, your measurements will depend a lot on your skeleton shape/size and there isn't much you can do to change that. Some women for example simply have wide hips, as in wide bones. Others have narrow.

Aim for a healthy body weight and fat percentage, and whatever measurements come with that.
