Hi! I'm desperate for some advice lol.. I was in a car accident October 2018. I shattered my hip and femur and am still not back to normal. I've been doing squats, fire hydrants and donkey kicks with weights. But since I was unable to walk for about 5-6 months my butt cheek on the side that i broke my bones on is significantly smaller than my other. Not near as round.. my leg is much weaker than the other too...I'm looking for any advice as to what exercises that I could do to help even them back up and strengthen my leg more.
