Need your help

Hey guys hi
i a m newbie to the gym and the worst thing is that i have no pt. actually there is one on the gym floor to help but my timings are not matching with his. so i need ur help desperately.
i'll be giving my details shortly and in turn i will want a startup plan for me.

Check out some of the stuff posted by Goldfish in the Weight Training section.
He is one of the best generic trainers around and will likely have stuff to help you there.
 
You can search videos for step by step workout and how to properly use those equipment. Two to three equipments are related to each other to develop a particular parts of your body. Which you can do repeatedly till you achieve the body form you want.

Avoid Working out without Warming Up

Avoid Doing too Much
Avoid Doing Cardio and Weights
