I can highly recommend Cronometer, It is very flexible in the way you can set nutritional targets, It has a large food database, you can add food to the database but these are not available to other users unless nutrition labels are uploaded and confirmed correct which overcome the problem that MyFitnessPal has with its of incorrect nutrition info in the database. You also have the ability to track your Amino Acids for those who wish to fine tune their muscle building.
 
I have always used MyFitnessPal but there are others. Like Monitor Your weight, and Fasting Time for fasting.
