Need to lower the body fat before training camp

i'm a 21 year old hockey player who is goin to university in september and i need some training tips, i'm by no means fat but i want more definition and want to see if my routine needs some tweeking...my routine is: monday-chest/tri's
tuesday-legs(squats,leg extension,etc) than few hours of rest than i do between 10-12 60 meter sprints
wednesday-back/bi's than 20 mins of steady pace cardio
thursday- H.I.I.T
friday- bi's/tri's than 20 mins of steady pace cardio
saturday-light chest/shoulder
sunday- Day Off

-i take protein after ever weight session and creatine after i'm finished everything.
- i'm 6 feet tall and about 205 and already have muscle mass, i just wanna shed a bit of stomach fat and wanna be around 197-200, is this routine good enough, dont be scared to give me some tips
 
If your goal is to lose fat the you have to kick up the cardio. It looks like you are doing 60 minutes a week which is very light. Not sure what you are gaining with your Fri bi/tri workout and other than chest, you are hitting you large muscle groups only once a week. I'd bag the bi/tri workout and do some more back. The big 3 mass & strength builders are squats, deadlifts & bench press. Looks like you do 2 out of 3. Work in some deadlifts.
 
I'd do every other day for 45 mins to an hour for cardio. And I agree on dumping the bi and tri work. If you hit your chest and lats your arms will get plenty of work. Core work is very important for hockey players, especially moves like woodchoppers.
