Hey guys i need help trying to loose 15 pounds i am 16 years old and i weight 185 and im 5''11 i think my problem is that im not watching what i eat its like im hungry all the time.... for my age how maney calories should i have a day tomorrow after thanks giving im going to start my diet and stuff and start running.. but i think my main problem is i dont eat right im always hungry for the past 2 years i always skip breakfast im not sure if that has anything to do for it and i eat late at night..... my goal in a couple months is to loose 15 pounds and get my weight off and then start lifting....
