Hi,

I am 14 and 9 months and am 57kg (average for my height is 56kg but I am really weak). You can notice slight manboobs if i have a shirt on and am very noticeable without a shirt.

I am willing to do exercise (I already do about 3 hours a week of intense exercise spread out to about 30 mins per day) I have 30 mins before i go to school to do the exercise. I also own a treadmill.

I am willing to diet as long as its 100% neccesary

I would like to know what I need to do each day and what i cant eat and how long it will take before I am guaranteed to lose weight. ( I want it so that you wouldnt notice me if i had a shirt on)

VERY DESPERATE!!!!
Please help!

I'm kind of new on this forum myself and I'm still learning stuff. There are lots of foods you can eat, but its just a matter of personal preference and taste. When I stick to my diet, here are some of the foods I eat every day that are healthy.

Spinach
Chicken
Tuna
Salmon
Rice Cakes
Rice
Wheat Bread
Yogurt
No Fat Milk
Grape Nuts Cereal
Water
Pretty Much Any Kind Of Fish
V8 - Vegetable (not splash)

I cut back on my fried foods and sugar. No soda or juices. That's just my personal choice though. Everyone is different. Try waking up a little bit earlier and get 45-1hour exercise before school. Read the forums, there is a lot of info on here. Also, try using Google to search for healthy foods, learn about dieting, and fat burning.

If you wanna lose weight, diet is very important...there are studies that show that those who lose weight through exersize are more likely to lose more, and keep it off...you don't have to deny yourself the things you like, just watch how much you eat of it, though you should definatly stay away from trans fats, those really can mess you up.

hmmmmm

13abie...

First off....Please take a good look at yourself.. you are saying that you are only 1 kg above average... This is not a bad thing... we arent always the average... That said..I think the last two posts have the right idea.. we are all so very good a giving advice here..ha ha ha..Try and keep your foods in good healthy propotions... The things you should eat less of are your fats, sugars and salts.. Processed foods are high in all of these so try and keep a majority of your foods fresh. You are young so moderation is the best medication. your body needs lots of things to grow to be a happy and healthy person.Omitting carb, dairy, fats etc from your diet may be harmful to your health.. Exercising is a great for the heart, body and mind and i am sure there will be others on the site that can tell you the best things. but as a general rule try to walk/ride or catch public transport to places rather then getting a lift with the folks ( when possible).. 30 mins of physical exercise a day is a good start...

But please be careful you are young and your body is growing...Take care and good luck...

Sweetie you are still young. It sound like you are relatively healthy and only have a little weight to lose. You might have to check on your diet and cut out junk food and drink more water. Give it time and let yourself be young. Don't stress over the weight. The weight will probably come off when your body goes through a growth spurt.

Can you tell us what you usually eat. Your weight seems fine. Maybe you just need to build muscle.

What sports do you play? Or do you have an exercise routine?
