Need to lose the tire!

Hi guys!

I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to lose the "tire" around my waist/hip/bum area. I really need help with this, it's my biggest issue at the moment. Any special exercises I can do?

Best I can tell you is. The weight will come off from where it wants to first. You just have to start burning it off. No exercise will cause the fat to come off in a certain area. Usually the first place you put it on is the last place it comes off of.

Exercise will tone muscle and burn calories and help. But won't make the fat come off certain areas. I don't know why but the only one who can decide that is your body.

Hi, i'm new here too in a way, i joined years ago but i only came on once! i have the same problem. my tum is the most aparent, people keep thinking i'm pregnant
