the best way to start to lose weight without trying to hard is to cut out all carbs after 6pm so that none are sitting in your system when you wont be using them (youll be sleeping). Also just limiting you caloric intake to lower than your bmr (you can find a calculator just by typing it in on google). Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you take in. Your bmr is simply the number of calories your body burns everyday without exercise or anything included. its basically how many calories you would burn if you laid in bed all day and did nothing.
