Need to lose 10 kg

hey people
Like most of you...I want to lose weight.In fact I want to lose it fast. But I have tried a lot. Once I lost a lot of weight..(5kg)in de summe holiday. I used to eat often n small amounts.Also I used to get out more often. I did not even realise that I had lost weight. People were getting worried because I lost it fast(in about 2/3 weeks). But then when I started college again I gained it all back n fast. I think it was because of the stress n everything. Anyways I need something to motivate me, to make me determined to stick to a plan( any websites or something). Also i need to get rid of the idea of food as a COMFORT for my stress. The questions is HOW.
Any suggestions about a way to quickly lose weight n how to detach comfort n food from eachother, anyone ?! please post me.
