Need to loose weight for last time, nothing stopping me this time just need some extra support!

AI'm Emma 20 years old, I attempted to loose weight in January with Weight Watchers and lost 1 1/2 stone by march, but then lost the momentum and it gradually went back on.

My starting weight now is; 13 stone 10 pounds, my goal weight is 9 stone as I'm 5'3.

As I recently got engaged I've got so much determination this time, I don't just want to loose weight I want a lifestyle change.

Wedding wont be till 2014 as we're buying a house next year so gives us plenty of time to organise and save but I want to be my goal weight by end of next year.

I like to talk to other people who are also loosing weight, my fiancé has lost 3 1/2 stone since January all by himself no diet programmes so I have him to help and support me.
 
AGreat work losing weight at the start of the year! It's a bummer that it came back on but at least you know now what your body needs to lose it.

What is your plan to lose the weight this time?

I have just got engaged too and we are also starting to build our first house in January - so it sounds like we have the same motivation! I have got myself a weight loss cookbook that had lots of healthy options of the kinds of foods we already eat and am going to follow that until I get into the habit of healthy cooking with following the recipes.

Welcome to the forum, Emma. I hope that once you lose the weight this time, you're able to keep it off for the long term!
