As you can see, I'm a really tall guy but I'm also really skinny. I've always hated it; it's restricted what I can wear because of embarrassment, made it tough as hell to find pants that fit, and been a reason some guys make fun of me. Summer is about here, and for my senior year I want to gain AS MUCH WEIGHT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. I don't necessarily just want muscle mass, I just want mass in the 3 or so months my summer provides. I do, however, plan to lift 4-5 days a week (thought I'm not a real hardcore lifter.) During the summer, i'll finally have time to eat whenever i want, basically. Now while school is going, I usually don't eat too much of a lunch, I'm way too tired to eat breakfast, my dinner's are pretty big, and I snack before bed. Can someone please give a good "gain weight fast" diet, explain to me what I need to be eating (realistically, can't eat fish and steak every 2.5 hours), what good supplements are (I've tried one whey protein with milk/smoothies...it was unbearable), and anything else I need to know. Yes, I know and have read the key here is "eat eat eat", but please someone help, it would mean the world to me to get up to like 190+... thank you so much.
