Hi! Im 23yrs old and i am approx. 5'5". I was weighting 147 a few month ago but since i had altered my diet and added exercise into my routine, i dropped few pounds. i now weight 143 lbs. My goal weight is 135 lbs. i would like to get as close as possible to my goal before my b-day on Dec 3. Is this goal reachable within this time? And please give me some hints on how to get there faster! My current workouts consists of walking/jogging and Taebo basic training and Taebo abs. What foods should i stay away from/become more friendly with in order to reach my goal? PLEASE HELP!!
