Need the perfect routine

I'm wanting to lose between 2-4 inches off my waist, I thought I'd just upload a picture of my stomach to give a bit more explanation.

I'm not looking to be told I'm too young or slim to be thinking about losing fat/weight I would just really appreciate some detailed advice on losing these inches. Thanks :) xx

The next step would be to start a training journal. Whether you do it Here or just on paper is up to you. If you post it on the forum here, you can get some help with tweaking your routine as you go.

If you think you are already in the thin category then you need to be thinking about toning. I suggest:

- HIIT Cardio - 3 times a week
- 30 - 45 minute cardio - 3 times a week

Alternating each day. Plus make sure your diet is good. On HIIT days eat more carbs and on the other days cut back on those carbs, especially in the evenings...
