Need some quick help

I've had some serious head problems over the last few months and had to stop weightlifting. I have lost some muscle, endurance, strength, etc. and want to get back into it.

However, I'm not a bodybuilder and do not wish to "bulk up". I've always had kind of a lean/muscular look to me, not like the runner look but like a muay thai fighter look. I want that back but I can't lift or do any of the things I've done before. I want to be (defined)

What can I do to get back into that shape through bodyweight exercises? I've never really done tons of push-ups and pull-ups, so I can't tell if they will work over the long run.

I'm working on a 3 month timeline so any and all help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

fitness

What equipment do you have access too?

What are your stats?

What does your planned diet approach look like?

My diet sucks. We have ****ty cafeteria food but I try to eat as healthy as I can (moral of this story is that even if I wanted to eat healthy it's not completely possible). I have a high metabolism though, so even if I don't work out I can burn off a lot without gaining weight.

We have an awesome complex with all sorts of tredmills, weight lifting stations, medicine balls, you name it. My problem is that ever since my accident, after lifting weights for only a couple minutes I receive enormous mental pain.

I don't know if this is restrictive blood flow or whatever, all I know is that when lifting weights (any amount, whether it's near my max or very little) I have to stop.

First off, YOU need to go see a doctor that will insist on giving you every head scan their is. You should stay away from any thing strenuous until you have that looked at.

I've had MRI's done, multiple schedulings with neurologists, etc.

No one can figure out the problem. I can normally work through the pain but the thought of doing something terribly wrong to my head while fighting through it is overwhelming.

I don't want to turn into a blob either, so I have to keep doing something. I'm in a rough predicament
