I've had some serious head problems over the last few months and had to stop weightlifting. I have lost some muscle, endurance, strength, etc. and want to get back into it.
However, I'm not a bodybuilder and do not wish to "bulk up". I've always had kind of a lean/muscular look to me, not like the runner look but like a muay thai fighter look. I want that back but I can't lift or do any of the things I've done before. I want to be (defined)
What can I do to get back into that shape through bodyweight exercises? I've never really done tons of push-ups and pull-ups, so I can't tell if they will work over the long run.
I'm working on a 3 month timeline so any and all help would be appreciated.
