need some motivation

hello again has anyone got any tips on dieting as i love food too much and i am having alot of trouble even trying to cut down but i would like to lose my big belly and my bingo wings as its not a good look in the gym :):lurk5::banghead:



i am also as you can tell from my avatar that i am a very big fan of a boy band called westlife in the UK hence the pics!!!:jump:
 
Start a food diary on the weight loss diary branch. Gradually you can cut back the excess in your diet and improve what you eat.


Don't try to lose weight fast. Slow is best and longer lasting so they tell us.
 
thanks for the reply i think thats right the thing is it took not very long to put weight on but getting the weight off is another matter i am really struggling with a diet i am even going off the gym too at the moment but i don't want to quit as i really want to look thinner and be healthier but it is defo a uphill battle :banghead: :seeya:
