Need some motivation to exercise!

I have heard from a couple different places that you can create a habit if you do something everyday for 21 days.

I can't say if this is true or not - but it motivated me to hit the gym regularily...and after the 21 days I still go to the gym regularily.

So I don't know if there is any science behind it, all i know is the idea kept me motivated for at least 21 days..and then after that a lot of my self doubt had been erased and I am now a regular gym member.
