2. Get nutrition under control - KNOW exactly what you're eating... and how much
3. Move your body.
Fat loss is a matter of using more calories than you take in...
Increase your metabolism. Very important for weight loss!
Drink more water, eat regularly and more often but smaller portions, eat more fat burning foods. There should be a freshly started thread somewhere in this forum, if there is no one, I am planning to create a new one to share my experience - I lost over 50 Lbs with no pills or anything like that.
