Need some help with this.

I am currently 15 years old, playing highschool football. I consider myself athletic and in shape, its just I have these ugly man boobs that stick out whenever I wear a white shirt. I've been running 2 miles once a week, and working out twice a week. Anyone have any tips they can share on losing my man boobies?

I think you generally want to reduce your body fat %, so do more cardio and keep up the weights.

You probably should shoot for 45-60 minutes of cardio (running, biking, elliptical, hard swimming) 4-5 times per week. Also if you weight train your chest, the muscles will fill in those spaces and you'll look nice and muscular, especially when you get your bodyfat % down!

Watch the food you eat--cut out sodas and chips and sugary junk food. Rely on quality nutrition and a solid workout and you'll loose your boobs!

I agree about the muscle...Hit the benchpress and see how your results manifest..that and keep the bodypercentage down:)

HIIT = high intensity interval training

Basically, doing cardio with hard and easy intervals (of at most a minute or few). The hard intervals are at anaerobic sprint intensities.
