Need Some Help With Short Effective Exercises.

Hey guys... I am at about 85 lbs lost so far and am having a lot of trouble losing the last 10 lbs. I am pretty much stuck at 130-132 for the past few months. I used to go to the gym (curves) 3x a week for 30 minutes but they closed down. I am looking for an alternative at-home routine I can follow to help me lose that last 10 lbs. Preferrably, at the same time, getting rid of the stomache I seem to still have!

I work 10 hours a day so when I come home I do not want to think about exercising for an hour. I'd like like something I can do in ~10 or so minutes that will at least give me a little bit of an effect... If possible.

If you have any ideas on how I can lose the last 10 lbs and keep it off (and get rid of this gut) I would really appreciate it! Thanks!!

It is well known that short bursts of intense physical exercise can be very beneficial. Nowadays it's called High Intensity Interval Training but it's really nothing new. In the 1960s the Royal Canadian Air Force used a program called 5BX (5 Basic Exercises) that requires 11 minutes to complete. You can download a PDF version for free. Google it.

I think you can try this short exercise and you will find great result out of it.Try out 3 minutes running at the place you are standing. You can run faster, run slower, push your knees or kick your heels up higher, jumping jack with no jack but at the same spot.Try out 60 seconds push ups and leg scissors exercise for 2 minutes.
