need some help off of all of you

Hi, this is my first post here, i'm here obviously because i want to loose weight. So, i'll start from the beginning.

I am 20 years old and weigh 10 stone 3. I am quite thin but have quite a big belly. I would only like to loose weight here because everything else is fine.
i put this weight on because i wasnt eating healthy and wasnt doing anything through the day.
when i suck my belly in that is how thin i want it to be. but i am fed up of sucking in all the time and when i stop it just all comes back out

how can i loose this belly? i dont really do any exersise because i am not very fit but i do mostly eat healthy.

can anyone help me loose this weight?
anyone got any healthy eating plans they would like to share with me? or if i go to the gym what kinda thing should i do there to get rid of the belly?

Hi! Eating "healthy" isn't always the same for everyone...so what does healthy mean to you? Low calories or nutritious? Make sure your meals are satisfying, yet a good balance for carbs, proteins, and fats. That will keep you from overeating or being hungry often. A balanced meal would be like a plate of 1/2 complex carbs like veggies, 1/4 lean meat like chicken, then the other quarter could be a fat and that could be like some olive oil on chicken or even low fat mozzarella cheese on chicken -something like that in example. As for exercise-you need to do it to loose weight. The ADA recommends now 45-60 min. of physical activity above a daily activity level 4-6 days of the week! It was only 30 min. 4 times a week, but bc of the obesity epidemic it rose. As for your personal activity it needs to be something that you enjoy and can do without injurying yourself. Running/ jogging isn't easy for all people, walking is low impact, swimming is also low impact is a great exercise for all muscles in the body. Well, sorry this is so long. I got certified as a personal trainer a couple of years ago so i know a little, but always be careful about starting something new that you aren't used to. Start low, then gradually increase. That's the safest way to keep from injuring yourself. Good Luck!

Unfortunately we don't have the ability to pick and choose where we lose fat from. You simply have to create the 'atmosphere' suited for fat loss and your body will shed it in a genetically, predetermined manner.

What do you consider eating 'healthy?'

Also, if you don't ever do exercise, you won't ever move beyond unfit.

I doubt you are ok with that.

So start out slow and focus on building up capability. Some form of cardio would be an excellent starting point. Eventually, when you are ready, you should add some resistance training.

It's going to be all about energy (calorie) balance.

what is the average weight for a 20 year old male?
i am wondering this because i dont want to loose alot of weight just the belly
and maybe around the chest because it looks like im starting to grow breasts. could it just be that i just need to tone my stomach muscles? or would you still say i need to loose some weight from that area too

again would i be aloud to post pics of me on here so i can show you what i want to get rid of just so you can tell me what the best thing to do would be?

also i just went to my nearest gym and they said that they only do quaterly or yearly memberships and its quite expensive so the gym might be out of the question
is there any exercises i could do at home like sit ups that would get rid of the belly?
i also have a stepping machine and some small weights in the home, could they also help get rid of it?

It depends on your height andsuch.
Also, yes you can post pictures.

It sounds like you need to lose some fat around your stomach, but you can also tone the muscles.
 
You can "tone" your stomach all day and night; if you have fat, no one will ever see it. You have to lose weight, and you can't pick and choose where it will come from.
