Need some help...again

I know I posted before, but I need to get serious about my weight loss. I am 18 years old, I have about a 36 waist, 209.6 lbs and I'm 5'11". My goal is 180 lbs and 32 waist. Here's my equipment:
Perfect Push-Up(c)
DDR pad
Two 15 lb. free weights
Body Ball
Bally Membership (lol)

Current diet program:
Portion control and LOTS of water
Only problem is I can't seem to control my cravings.

What I want to know:
How soon can I reach my goal?
How can I curb my appetite?
What is the best exercise(s) I can do to tone up?

If someone can answer these questions and befriend me so that I can check in with you every so often I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!!!

What kind of food are you eating?
Fiber rich carbs, protein and healthy fats are very filling.

Hahahaha...yeah. Food...I eat anything I see pretty much. But I'm trying to switch to low-carb foods, like veggie wraps instead of bread and blahdy blah blah. Problem is when I get a craving I automatically go for it. Darn it I need to just leave my credit card at home. Maybe that would solve my problem.

Or just pre-plan/pack/bring what you plan to eat.
Invest in a cooler, make the food you're gonna eat throughout the day. If its not in the cooler, you're not allowed to eat it.

Once you get used to making all the food for the day and lugging it in a cooler, it goes from hard to easy, to impossible to do without.

i like the prepare and pack idea i use it with alot of my clients you should concentrate on maximising the time you spend working out by doing compound exercises witch work more muscle groups also try to loose the weight before toning up and make sure you get enough rest that is very important

hope that helps
