ummmmm im completely new here and i thought i should ask for some advice on losing weight...

here is the story, i am a 15 year old male, and i am a bit overweight, i have lost about 10kg over a period of about 3 months, then i stopped exercising for a few months and i put on some of the weight its called like yo-yo dieting?

anyway i have started exercising again and have lost the weight i put on, and now i cant seem to lose the extra 6 or so kg i want to lose, i just cant seem to break the 11 kg loss mark...

and when ever i eat i gain about 1kg which i know im not suppose to weigh myself after i eat, but then later i lose what i ate so i basically stay the same weight...

any tips on losing those last few kg's? and is losing weight all about burning more calories then i gain? because most days i eat more calories then i burn (i only burn about 400-1000 calories a day) when i have the extra time to exercise...

sorry if all this is confusing.

also im not a very good calorie counter, could someone take a guess at how many calories i have a day, and suggest decreasing or changing something...

this is my usual daily foods
breakfast: average amount of nutri grain cereal (full cream milk :( )
lunch: ham sandwich with small amount of butter on wholemeal bread
dinner: light dinner, canned plain tuna & lettuce sandwich, something like that. Just today for dinner i had a potato & beef soup with 2 slices of wholemeal bread

basically my dinner varies all the time, but breakfast and lunch are preety much the same every day, cause i have school.
