Hi everyone I have been reading everyones posts and a lot of information on the interenet and WOW it all gets so overwhelming! So I am looking for some guidance any help is appreciated!

I am 30 years old 5'-10" and current weight is 241 (down 34lbs so far).
I havent been keeping really good track of my calories but I know my calories are drastically different then they used to be because of the weight loss. However I have struck a plateu for the last two weeks....I am just starting to incorporate exercise but I want to do weights and cardio because I would like to add muscle and lose fat at the same time (if this is possible).

Adding up a couple days of calories I am averaging about 1200...what should I be eating? I tired getting my BMR and 7 different sites gave me 7 different numbers......

Any suggestions on what exercises to do for muscle gain and fat loss?

if you check the stickied thread in the nutrition forum -you'll find a link to the harris benedict formula...

taht will help calculate your bmr -whcih is the calories you'd need were you to bnever get out of bed -then adding on activity to get the calroes your body needs to survive...

1200 is too low for you to survive on long term -where are they going to go when you need to adjust?

Read the stickied threads and you'll get some good exercise advice
