Need some advise...

OK here is my problem. Until 5 years ago I was always an average weight. However over the past 3-4 years I am now 56lbs overweight. However I do not really eat that much anymore (as trying to loose weight and not really ever hungry), and when I do eat I feel bloated (and my clothes go tighter!!) and get stomach acid in my throught a lot of the time.

Anoyone any ideas what coulf be causing this , normal daily menu is below

Breakfast
Normally nothing just coffee

Lunch
Tuna mayo and sweetcorn sandwich and a pint of water

Dinner
Varies - Normally a proper meal , meat veg etc

Evening
Sometimes a sandwich , or just meat etc


any advise ?
 
I'd start counting how many calories you consume in a day. You'll be suprised how much you are really eating and what you forget about.
 
Before you start 'shooting' for a specific caloric intake, I'd figure out where you currently are.... as stated above.

And invest in a food scale and measuring cups. Winging it works well for some. Others not so much.

This looks like a case of it not working.

And remember, don't alter your eating habits simply b/c you are going to track your intake now. Seems like commonsense, but most do. If you do, then the numbers you come to from your tracking will not help solve the problem at all.
