Hey everyone.
I'll make a long story short and get to the point.
At the start of the year, I was about 185ish at 5'10. I'm a 21 year old male by the way.
Anyway, I started training for a Marine Corps officer PFT about 4 months ago and went from 185 to 160, went from not being able to do a single pull-up to 18, and can run up to 5 miles, etc.
I had pretty big moobs (man boobs) when I was 185 and out of shape, which is understandable. But now, my stomach flattened out, but I still sort of have them. My most recent BMI at 160 lbs was about 14% body fat. I'd really like to lose them without surgery or anything like that.
Any advice? Should I just focus on shredding body fat?
Thanks in advance.
