Need some advice here maybe please?

Ok well its been about a good five weeks since i started to make efforts on losing wieght and what not blah blah lets pass the boring stuff.

Well i am losing weight but i am not getting rid the "gut" or stomach or whatever you feel like calling it. What would be some good exercises to dispose myself of this hideous gut mine, i mean its like :eek2:

there are a few threads that touch on the inability to spot reduce... the way you'll get rid of the fat on your stomach is to keep losing weight...
 
And you keep losing weight by doing cardio. My favorite!:rolleyes: But you increase your metabolism by building muscle, which in my book is a whole lot better than cardio! So I think I will do as little cardio as possible to keep losing weight and increase my muscle as much as possible to increase my metabolism, which is currently in reverse! But no there is no such thing as spot reduction (except in my case when I lose weight the first spot to reduce is my breasts!!)
 
Stomach fat can be the last to go. But ab exercises aren't going to get rid of it, they will just build muscle under the fat. The only way to lose the fat there is by burning calories (cardio). Building muscles can help boost your metabolism, but it doesn't have to be ab muscles.
