Ok so i am about 6'1 and 200lbs, with about 21-22% bodyfat. In HS i used be in shape weighing around 185 with 12% bodyfat, i had a surgery on my knee and from there i went down hill. I just wana get rid of the extra fat quick.
If i ran twice a day would that help since my metabolism would be boosted twice in one day? Running every other day. I havent ran in about 2 months but when i was running, my normal session would be about 5.5 or 6miles over 1 hr. Would it be better to run 3-4 miles twice a day rather than almost 6 miles in one session.
