I don't know what to say here, Well first of hello all! I found all of you guys today because a weight watchers forum banned me! It was called Boot Camp Buddies. They band me because I would not join any local weight watcher groups and I would not do the "point counting" thing...I was there to talk to people and have support...So I hope you guys arnt a cult who is going to ban me just for needing someone to talk to!
Here is what I look like so you know haha? I only weight my self every 15 days so ummm...Next time I weight will be ummm...July 12th! I can't wait! This last set of 15 days has been hard on me with my 21st birthday and being out of town and other birthdays haha but I have stuck to it pretty well!
In May 15th 2008 I hit 257 pounds and thats when I was like hell no. I was in a really bad car crash in March 2007 so I have been healing since then I use to be very active! Dancing and acting. Lets skip the details of the wreck and say I am disabled now, just looking at me you would never think I was. My left arm does not really work to well and my head is all fu*ked up I am now having brain stem problems.
But anyways if you would like to know more about that ask and I will get you some information.
So yeah I started eating right and working out a little May 15th 2008. I am only taking is around 1800 calories. My work out is not much because my body can do much since the wreck. So sit ups and few mile long walks. I wont be weighing my self again tell around July 12th, I have it all wrote down in a book but the book is in my room mates room and he is sleeping so I dont want to wake him...
So since I started this all I went from 257 - 227 in 45 days! So yeah I'm here beacuse I need people to talk to me...Please don't ban me haha...
