hey guys...i think i'm in need of motivation...
i've been following the weight watchers program (without going to meetings) and i find myself discouraged because I want to lose weight more quickly! (and yet i know that the faster i lose weight the faster i will gain it back, as i've proven in the past)
i've read up on the 'Body for Life' Workout regime, has anyone tried this technique?
does anyone have suggestions on workout regimes for "tall, small upper-body but bottom heavy" females? Is lots of cardio essentially the answer? Should i really be doing leg weights before losing more weight? I don't mind doing weights with my upper body but i'm afraid to workout my legs since i'm slowly starting to run...i don't want big calves...
any suggestions are appreciated...
