i wanna gain some muscle ive always been skinny and wanna gain something buy spring break..i just got a membership at the gym but do i need to get protien shakes or something?here are my measurments
Hieght:5'9 in a half without shoes and socks
weight:144.8
body fat:11.9%
body fat weight:17.2
lean weight:127.6
water weight:94.2
protien/mineral weight:33.4
what excersices should i do?how many times a week should i workout and for how long?all help is appriecated thanks!
