Need Help

In my opinion for me, hardest part of dieting is not choosing healthier foods, its eating less

i can really live of any food i want even if its not the best tasting, but a big probably is that i keep getting hungry or cravings, and its usually these times i go back to eating really bad stuff

how do i cut cravings:confused: or "push down" my hunger level

I'm cutting right now, and losing weight, and I"m rarely hungry. I think you're either underestimating your caloric needs, even on a cut, or choosing unwise food items, and thus not getting enough volume to keep you full.

on a cut, you wanna lower carb intake. rough numbers to follow: no more than 1g of carbs per pound of body weight on days you weight lift, and all those carbs should come in the meal pre-workout,a nd the 2 post workout meals. everything eles should be veggies, with lean protein. in the other meals, you'll want healthy fats too, fish oil, nuts, etc.

on days you don't lift, carb intake will be about 1/3g per total body weight, and most of that will be from veggies. you only get one serving of 'starchy' carbs on these days. protein increases quite a bit, and you'll consume a little more fat as well.

Building a palid for good foods, is part of it (as Malkore said).
I've also notice in the first 2 weeks of a strict type diet....will be the hardest time. It becomes more habitual later for you to lean towards healthy eating. This is also the zone where you get the emotion disconnection with food (for a little bit) and sometimes get a bit cranky.
Stay consistent with your diet regiment. Believe me, I've been through the same madness. I remember days thinking GAWD what I would do for a nice fat steak and a few guiness to wash it down.
Right now, I'm experimenting with the infamous velocity diet (t-nation.com). I woke up today feening for coconut shrimp with pineapple dipping sauce. I don't even think I've ever had pineapple dipping sauce before.
We all go through dieting down at one point or another. We all have are ways of coping. Here are some pointers that may help:

-Drink more than minimum necessity of water.
-Enjoy other factors of your life away from eating. I've always liked the quote: "...to enjoy life you must learn to live every breath" (last samurai)
-Take it day by day. You will have many doays to go. The toughest is always the beginning. It'll get easier.
- Always get a good nights rest. I can't stress that enough.

Goodluck to you

Hey,

You have to be patient. For getting healthy body you need to have a strong mind. Fix the timings when you’ll have to eat. In the meantime if you still feel hungry then try to have some fresh vegetables and salads. Salad is a very nice thing I’m telling you. It can fill your stomach without increasing your body fat level. Concentrate your mind in your work and don’t think much about your hungerness. One ayurvedic product is also there. You can try out , used for weight loss which also helpful to suppress appetite without having any side effects.

Best of Luck.
