Im male, weight 110 =( and around 5'3 - 5'4 =(.. 16 yrs old, 17 in couple of months
im trying to gain height, weight and muscles... but i dont wanna go to gym cuz its far from where i live.. i need to know how i can do all that at home.. push ups? sit ups? i dont exactly have any specific equipment at home except for a running machine. How many push ups/sit ups should i do per day and when in the day? thanks~
