Need Help with my workout plan!

I am a 25 years old Asian male, 6ft tall, 101kg (about 222lbs), on the edge between overweight and obese. I really want to lose at least 10kg (22lbs). My daily schedule doesn't really allow me to have a long workout. So I came up with a workout plan, hope you guys can give me some suggesting.

I also understanding that dieting is important. I am still constructing a plan for my diet. So please just focus on my workout plan for now.

Workout plan:
1. Weight training
- Abs (P90 100 abs routine)
- 2 sets of [push-up x 10 --> Dumbbell Row x 10 --> Squat + shoulders press x 10 --> bicep curls x 10 --> tricep dips x 10]
2. Cardio (interval): 1 set = 3mins 15 sec of Jogging and 45 sec of Sprinting, do 5 sets, about 20 mins cardio

I finish all these workout in about 30-40 mins. I plan to workout 2 days with 1 day rest.
[2 days workout --> 1 day rest --> 2 days workout --> 1 day rest ..... and so on]

Please let me know what you guys think of this plan. Thank you.

Regarding weights workout, balance is key and yours lacks this in a predictable way. Heavy on abs because you want to flatten the tum.
The system I was taught for balances was BALS, back arms legs stomach which in fairness is more pull push legs core but PPLC is harder to pronounce and people remember BALS.
To get this using your exercises plus some
Deadlift
Push-ups
Squats
Plank
Dumbbell row
Shoulder press
Lunges
Side plank

General mix of resistance, endurance and cardio is one of the best I have seen from a beginner, and none of us get it all right.

To start on diet in a simple manner simply cut down what you are eating all round. No drastic changes just marginally smaller portions, and keep it marginal or you will get really hungry and reach for junk.

There's an old saying in the training world, and it goes "Abs are made in the kitchen", and this holds very true. The only difference between bulking and cutting in training is your diet. You can do sit-ups until your heart explodes, but with the wrong diet, you'l never see your washboard. Honestly, you could train twice a week, and with a good diet, look great.
