Need help with Losing weight Please read

hey hows it going
i am new to this forum
i am a 16 year old 5"11 and weigh 250 pounds
i have fat on my stomach and moobs
i need help losing this weight and the moobs
i have been running usually for 2 miles a day but havent seen much progress
i have started a strict diet lately
i eat a bowl of cereal in the morning , eat a sandwhich for lunch nothing fried, and have a meal for dinner
i was told that eating after 6 isnt good so i havent been eating after 6
i started insanity 2 days ago and im on day 3
really need help with what else i should do or if im doing anything wrong
im really motivated to lose the weight
please add anything that can help me out

Well you're on the right track. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water, get your veggies and fruits in. I used advocare products when I hit my plateau, and broke through and haven't felt better.
 
what cereal? is a healthy cereal? what kind of milk with it?
what kind of sandwich at lunch? are talking huge big thing with white bread or a healthier brown bread version with healthy filling such as lean meat and salad (no mayo!)?
your meal for dinner? is that large? what kinds of foods? etc
 
Fish or grilled chicken is a healthy dinner, for lunch stick with a grilled chicken salad with a vinaigrette dressing(look at the label to be sure there isn't a lot of fat) Breakfast go with eggs(possibly egg whites) I do a piece of turkey sausage. be careful with portion control also.
 
i'm no good with eggs and prefer cereal for breakfast (i'm a traditionalist!) but always go for cereal with high bran content and no sugar coating etc. Also skimmed or semi-skimmed milk (not full fat milk). And as Justin says: watch the portion control. It might take a while to get used to smaller portions (you could gradually decrease)
Watch out for sauces on your dinner meal; they often have the most calories of all!
