need help with diet please

2 weeks ago posted in the running section that I was having pain when running after reading the posts and replys I am now getting there thanks, now wonder if you guys and girls can help me with my diet at the moment I am really over weight 5'7" and 217 lbs (lost 14lbs in a month) I am trying to eat clean but surely there is more to life than just fish and chicken hope you can give me some advice thanks for reading this
 
Oh sure, theres a ton more than fish and chicken.

Lean beef, pork, turkey, all of these are good alternatives to chicken and fish. I rotate one of each with my dinners. Natty peanut butter and cottage cheese are great for supplementing your diet.

Know your daily calorie requirement, set a limit for yourself 500 calories under that limit, and stick to it. You'll get where you wanna be :).
 
Do a google search on "calorie intake calculators".

You'll find a few that will let you plug your weight, age, and height in and give you a ballpark on your requirement.
