Need "HELP!" with Belly Fat

I really want to lose my belly fat and don't know how. I am willing to do anything. I do a lot of cardio weight training, like non-stop complexes and circuits and what not. Usually 4 times a week. Oh, and i do a killer ab routine. I am a tennis player at Johnson County Community College in KC. My sports conditioning coach is Istvan Javorek.

My body stats are:
Height - 5'10''
Weight - 185
Body Fat ~ 13%
 
Something I hear/read over and over from people who like to sound like they know what they are talking about (and with no particular reason to believe otherwise, I'll assume they do) is that you can't lose any specific fat, all you can is more fat-burning exercises and eventually it'll end up eating into the fat around your mid section.

Some other tidbit I read somewhere is that apparently it's some muscles around your sides and lower back than control the fat around your belly - so work on them and see if anything magical happens.
