Need help with beginner workout program!

Been losing weight not doing any exercise at all for 2months, however now I want to do some. I need help looking for a full body set of exercises I can do. I have 7days off and would love it someone could tell me a 7day strength training program. The main issue is that I live rurally and I'm not near a gym so Home workout is essential and I only have access to dumbbells. I do 3main exercises at the moment and that's Press ups, sit ups and squats - However I want a beginner home workout program that will work my whole body!
