too many simple carbs.
not enough protein.

you have a treadmill, but do you use it?
losing bodyfat is easier if you lift weights too. muscle burns calories, and gets you into better shape.

I find that crash dieting is no good and the weight returns quickly. I would suggest cutting your cookie/sun chips habit; replace with fruit/raw veggies. Also, i would cut the 2% milk and go with skim.

As for protein eat stuff like fish, chicken, beans, eggs and other protein supplements (i take whey as a meal replacement, although i lift weights and do other training).

following a basic diet of making healthier choices and eating more frequently (6-8 times a day) i lost 37 pounds in about 18 weeks. i also count calories and make sure to cut yourself off from sugar (turns straight into fat) and processed flours (white stuff, like bread, pasta and so son), replace these flours with whole wheat (not whole grain).

Cheese and other dairy's are terrible for people trying to lose weight so i cut them out and replaced the vitamins i am losing through a few different syrups (few different tablespoons a day).

the main thing in my book is to make the lifestyle change. never get down on your progress just see it as a learning experience and each week/month is a new time to learn from what you are doing and change your plan to better suit your needs. choose to be healthy and the weight will come off naturally. good luck!!
