Hi there everyonoe/anyone who can offer some words of wisdom.
I started Dr Cohen's in Feb 07 lost an amazing 27kg in 16 weeks or so.....then it all turned sour. I've found myself slipping back into old habits of snacking on junk food (nut bars) that I kept trying to convince myself that these were fine because there not chocolate, but as we all know they are CARBS! Oh no the dreaded carbs that I seem to crave so much. I've been telling myself I want obe at my goal and finished my refeed by Xmas but at the rate I'm going it will never happen. The best I can do is 2-3 days before I deviate again. Please can someone offer me some words of inspiration or share a similar story to encourage me through the last of my journey.
