i lost quite a bit of weight last year, then went to lifting weights and put on muscle,, when i was doing my diet i did a 1000 lowcal diet, and now i want to lose the rest , which would be about 10lbs and ive tried goin back to this low cal diet for 8 weeks and didn't lose or gain, and tried high protein, i used to do 3 days a week cardio but have changed to 6 this week because i'm trying to get alot fitter and lose this unwanted fat, i do weights every second day and cardio six days, in which i do 20min high intensity interval training, 20 high intensity x trainer, i burn about 1000calories in this 40minutes, i eat between 1500-2000cal aday, and have 3 main meals and then two meals which are replaced by a protein shake or bar, i don't no if this will work but i wana lose it fast, because ive been losing nothing and trying my hardest but my waistline isn't getting smaller. plz any advice on losing this fat within a month or two.

It sounds good. I think the reason it wasnt working before is because you werent having enough calories.

the problem

the problem is when you weight train you build muscle mass which makes you heavier, and even though you are trying to counteract that with alot of exercise, you put it back on with all those calories you are consuming. You either need to build less muscle mass or cut your calorie intake while doing the same amount of exercise. you have to decide what is more important to you, the bigger muscles or weighing less. you can't have both.

I would suggest cutting your calories back by about 400 or 500 down to approx. 1500 day, still burn around 1000, maybe 800 instead and NOT PUMP SO MUCH IRON!

I hope this helps.
