Need Help PLEASE!!!!!

I was 352 pnds like 3 months ago, my first target was 300, i was at 302 last week, but this last week ive gained like 5 pounds or so im back at 307 308, im so afraid that im going back again to old habits, i have been eating like crazy this last 2 or 3 days, and i honestly dont know what to do.. please help me get back on track.. !!! anything , any trick you have used to stay motivated, anything PLEASE!! Thanks!!!
 
Hi there & welcome to the forum!!! First of all...step away from the doritos, ice cream, or whatever other nasty stuff it is keeping you from loosing weight! Are you snacking out of boredom, habit, or some other reason??? Think about that next time you are tempted. In fact, go for a walk while thinking about it. ;) Drink TONS of water - maybe you haven't been drinking enough and your body is trying to get fluids so you are more tempted to binge on food.

Everyone goes through a set back now and then...we are trying to break some nasty old habits here! Remember - no one but yourself can make you eat! Losing weight is a mind battle - be strong!!!

You've come a long way to get where you are, and should be really proud. It's okay to slip off the wagon and yo-you a little. It happens to everyone. The key is to not let yourself get discouraged enough to give up.

What is bringing these old habits back? Is something stressful in your life? If so, can you do anything to relieve that stress?

What is allowing you to go back to bad habits? Are you eating out more or have you been impulse-buying troublesome foods?

If you are bringing temptions home, I suggest taking one day to go grocery shopping for foods that are healthy but sooo tasty you will still enjoy eating them (fruit, low-fat/calorie snacks, etc...). Then, before you put the new foods away, go through your cupboards and fridge and throw out all the bad food. Promptly take the garbage out. If you are used to snacking throughout the day, make sure to take the healthy food with you. This will keep you full and reduce the temptations.

If you are eating out a lot, once again you may want to go grocery shopping and get some irresistable healthy foods--but make sure they are foods you can pack. Then invest in a good lunchbox/cooler. This is very useful if you travel a lot or don't spend much time at home (etc - OT at work). If you must go out to eat, try to order something on the menu that is lower in the calories.

It may also help give yourself 1 day each week, that you can let yourself slide. You may not lose as fast, but you won't feel like you are "missing out" so much and you can use that 1 day as a reward to stay on track for the rest of the week.
 
I agree.... Stop eating the crappy food. Just stop. The only way to keep yourself from going back to your old weight is for YOU TO CONTROL IT!

Get back on the bandwagon--throw out the crappy food and go for a walk.

Just do it!
 
Wow, it is soo weird to read my old posts.. bring back awful memories, but at the same time, feels good to be where im at right now...

Well im a 3 round vet of P90x, and 1 round of Insanity!!

Im currently at 250, 16% BF (decently ripped and muscular) and trying a Keto Diet, so far so good, im a whole new person since i posted for the first time in this forum.

I remarried to a beautiful woman, im in GREAT shape, and very very satisfied with my overall progress, im just posting this so all of you guys know it can be done.... It takes work and dedication, but once you make it a habit its EASY!! Basically part of your normal life!!!!!

Thanks a lot for each and every one of you who helped me through this journey, still a lot to go (under 10% BF its my main goal), but im on track now thanks in part to this forum!!
