need help navigating the forum please!

For some reason three of the links do not work on the side panel "Site Navigation."

When I click on: Homepage, Forum, and Portal, it brings me to a page with the side and top panel and it is blank everywhere else.Does this happen to anyone else?

It's not my computer because I've tried it on two other computers. In order to get to the forum I had to do a search on google to get to the link and then save it to my favorites. Is this how everyone else accesses it? Just checking!

Also, what is a buddy list? If I add someone as my buddy, what exactly does this do? Is it for the 'chat' ?? Just curious!

a buddy list is like a friend on the social networking sites.. it's really quite meaningless... and just allows you to keep track of people in one screen... their name will appear on the ON LINE users list at the bottom of the page with a + next to them...

that's really all - no chat attached to it though you can leave visitor messages...

Those site navigation links appear to be broken -

Just go to Nutrition, Health & Fitness, Weight Loss, Diet - Weight Loss Forum and click onthe various forums -ignoring the side panels
